Gentle Cruise - Tuesday the 14th of June, 2011

After the killer run the day before, I was kinda relived that my frequent running partner (who's normally a speed demon) was more interested in a flat, easy-ish recovery type run.

Conditions still very hot and humid, but the easy run meant it wasn't a problem.

On this run I was able to relax and enjoy the ride, but knew that I'd have to try to run at least one serious long run later in the week to make the distance up!
