A Family Affair - Sunday the 31st of July, 2011
Well, really behind now, so expect a real rush of updates. As the title of this post alludes to, I have frequently been running with my Mum over the last couple of weeks. This slowish, short jaunts are awesome recovery between longer and faster runs.
