A very quick run round the 'bridge...
Sun setting once again
Golden colour imbued to all the gums
Double rainbow
But what does it all mean?
Golden skyline before returning home
Many more updates to come!
Faster!

The unfamiliar familiar - Friday the 29th of July, 2011
Back in The 'Bridge... Cleaner air, dirt roads, no trails...
Heading down the hill into the sunset
There's a lot of roadside running, eclipsed only by...
On-road running
A blurry photo of the local wildlife
Toppled
Green algae / plantlife completely covers this pond
Dam reflections
The sunsets aren't too bad here either!
The kind of trail I wish I spent more time on, unfortunately only about 50m of the run!
The updates will come fast and furious, lots of pictures, very few words!
Race your shadows,
~ Joe

Semi-Grande Finale - Sunday the 24th of July, 2011
I had a really grand final trail run planned with my brother-in-law and frequent trail running partner, Ar-Wai, but the weather wasn't playing fair and turned on a super hot, super humid day. Well, we were heading out on the trails regardless, just that the route had to be toned down a little.
Wai, the only other person I've managed to convince to cross this pipe, stopped in the middle to snap a few photos!
Gaining a little height in the hills around Tseung Kwan O
Another familiar face
Looking out towards Sai Kung. Hazy and hot!
Ar Wai stopping to take a snap of the view back towards Hang Hau / Po Lam
Topping out on Razor Hill
Looking forward to our next run Wai!
Next stop: Melbourne.
Stay cool, stay fast.

One last spin around the HK block - Saturday the 23rd of July, 2011
Wow, sorry for the long delay guys! Who would have guessed that moving from Hong Kong back to Melbourne would mean that I miss two weeks of blog posts?!!
I have, in fact, been running a bit in the past two weeks, so think I'm now about 8 posts behind! Thus, expect a deluge of most photo posts! With this one to start it off... My final road run around the Tseung Kwan O area before I left Hong Kong!
Heading north towards Po Lam
A hot and sunny farewell... fitting!
For the first time ever, I test out the running track to the north of Po Lam. Conclusion: short and busy, no wonder I stayed away.
Turning back towards Hang Hau
Goodbye bike paths and overpasses...
A nice relaxed run and a good way to say farewell.
Relentless Forward Progression
~ Joe
PS. I stole the end-line for this post (and possibly some in the future!) from a great blog I read: irunfar.
